There Might Be Another Trail

In this video, we’ll talk about what happens when the future you planned disappears, why changing direction is not the same as giving up, and how some of life’s best roads begin with the sentence, “Well, this wasn’t the plan.” You may have lost the trail you expected to follow, but, it’s never too late to change that.

Ever reach a point where the trail ahead looks closed, washed out, or clearly designed by someone who disliked horses and common sense?

Most of us assume that means the journey is over. We stand there staring at the obstacle, reviewing every poor decision that brought us to it, as though regret might suddenly produce a bridge.

It usually doesn’t.

But sometimes a blocked trail is not the end. Sometimes it is simply life’s inconvenient way of suggesting you stop forcing the route that no longer fits.

You can’t forget what the great baseball philosopher, Yogi Berra said, “It ain’t over ‘til it’s over.” So, before you unsaddle, sell the horse, and declare the entire expedition a mistake, look around.

There might be another trail after all.
