Under the Tin Roof is a gathering place for people who’ve lived long enough to know there are no perfect maps. Around here, we talk about horses, work, patience, changing direction, starting over, getting older without giving up, and the peculiar business of trying to build a life that still feels like your own.

You’ll find stories, books and videos drawn from years spent around ranches, horses, businesses, open roads, and the occasional decision that seemed considerably smarter the night before.

There’s some timeless wisdom here. Some Old West logic. A little Stoic thinking. And enough humor to remind us that most of us are simply doing the best we can while pretending we knew where we were going.
